Additional information about the Galaxy Topdown Clamp/feed-through:
The Filex Galaxy Topdown desk clamp including desk feed-through is the perfect solution for installing all Galaxy posts (22, 45 and 70 cm). The unique aspect of this design is that the clamp can be mounted from above quickly and easily and in an ergonomically sound way, so you no longer need to climb under the desk to screw it in. Thanks to its smart clamp technology, this clamp is suitable for virtually all types of desktops, including sliding or facet cut desktops, with a reach of 6 to 45 mm. To make the most of the benefits of the modular arm, we have included an optional Galaxy Adaptor in our range (item numbers 809523, 809524 and 809525). The addition of an Adaptor to the Topdown clamp/feed-through allows you to attach an arm component to the clamp/feed-through + adaptor instead of a post. If you use this adaptor, you can attach a slanted arm component, amongst others, to the clamp. The look and feel of every desk therefore remains consistent for all applications, while the application can be completely different for each person.

The Filex Galaxy Adaptor is for securing the Filex Galaxy Topdown desk clamp including desk feed-through. The addition that, when used with the Topdown desk clamp/feed-through, gives you the option to mount an arm component (static straight, static slanted, or gas sprung) on the clamp without the use of a post! Would you like your screen a little further back than your desk? Even then, your screen will not touch a post and you retain full flexibility to set the perfect viewing distance for yourself.
